CONTINUOS ROTATING TABLES

Machines for high-level productions.
Built in robust carpentry with the raised table disc realized according to client’s requirements and placed on rotation on a large diameter fifth wheel.
The piece-carrying spindles vary according to hourly production and to the table diameter; they can be placed on rotation through a special belt or through satellite groups that allow differentiating the speed or the rotation direction under any aggregate. The cleaning aggregates are made of robust carpentry to avoid vibrations while working; brush group (Ø max. 500 mm) is normally supported by two uprights that allow having a parcel of discs up to 500 mm.
The grinding aggregates have a three wheels pneumatic belt tightener with the possibility of working either on wheel or on a free belt, and are fitted with pneumatic attachment - detachment.

SNAP ROTATING TABLES

Machines less productive that the continuous rotating ones but that allow facing the piece on every angle with higher precision.
Built with robust carpentry with raised table disc realized according to client’s requirements and placed in rotation with rapid snaps through a dividing or intermittent table.
The piece-carrying spindles are independent with variable speed, rotation or angle.
The cleaning and grinding aggregates are in robust carpentry fitted with motorized axles and with pneumatic attachment – detachment of the brush or belt from the piece (brush Ø max. 600 mm – belt with development max. 3500 mm)
